gemjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if gemjili reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In such cases, gemjili may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.
